New Forest And Dorset Coast
Join these two skilled Kase UK affiliated photographers for a day of tuition and fun.
22nd November 2025 – Vereley & Oakley Focus
Sunrise
- Vereley Inclosure – atmospheric ancient beeches and oaks, perfect for misty morning light and woodland compositions.
- Guided session on using light direction, layering, and foreground interest in woodland.
Mid-Morning
- Move to Oakley Inclosure – different structure of trees and paths, good contrast to Vereley.
- Coffee/snack break, with focus on simplifying woodland chaos and identifying natural leading lines.
Lunch
- Picnic in the forest or local café in Burley.
Afternoon
- Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary area – mix of high canopy woodland and the chance of spotting deer.
- Teaching: wildlife settings, patience in forest light.
Golden Hour/Sunset
End-of-day recap, optional editing demo if time/space allows.
Rhinefield Ornamental Drive – grand avenues, giant redwoods, late light streaking through.

23rd November 2025 – Dorset Coast (Seascapes & Dramatic Landscapes)
Morning (Early Start)
- Sunrise at Durdle Door – iconic seascape with golden light. Long exposures with filters possible.
- Short walk along the coast path for different perspectives.
Mid-Morning
- Lulworth Cove – geology, sweeping curves of shoreline, layered rock formations.
- Coffee break & composition chat.
Lunch
- Local café in West Lulworth or Corfe Castle village.
Afternoon
- Corfe Castle – ruins framed by hills, great for storytelling shots.
- Option to discuss blending natural/cultural subjects.
Golden Hour/Sunset
- Old Harry Rocks (Studland) – chalk cliffs glowing at sunset, wide vistas over the Jurassic Coast.
- Closing circle: recap learnings, Q&A, feedback.
